Being a part of TCET has been a wonderful experience and a place to treasure forever. The students have been inspired to improve their problem-solving abilities as well as their overall performance thanks to the possibilities, exposure, and project-based learning. The TCET Facilities of Civil Engineering Department has been supportive and motivating during the duration. Students can demonstrate their skills here both technically and through extracurricular activities. Socially engaged organisations like NSS, Student Council, Rotaract, TEDx, ISTE, and others help persuade students to get involved and learn new things that are beneficial to their personal development.

Having fewer days in TCET I would like to express gratitude towards the institution, as I received immense support and encouragement from the faculty in difficult subjects being of any domain. There was thorough guidance in every initiative be it projects, research or lab work. Most notably, the environment created by the college from both the faculty and the students was conducive to my all-round development. Beyond the coursework, I was exposed to extensive co-circular activities like college festivals or social activities. It was a pleasure to work with professional bodies (American society of civil engineers) associated with the civil department. Being under a holistic development approach we had subjects, projects and research works in multiple disciplines. Finance Management, Employability skill development, Project based learning are some of the examples of it. And these multidisciplinary subjects will help me immensely in my career as a sustainability engineer.

Going into college, my only goal was to graduate with an engineering degree. But, looking back on the last four years. TCET has played an integral part in my development as a capable civil engineer. The Institute has constantly provided me with good opportunities and resources to improve myself. The faculty at Civil Engineering department is second to none. They are proficient, accessible, and patient.
